Men’s Veritas Fight Club | 2010
1 Timothy 6:12
“Fight the good fight of the faith…”
What?
In the First Century A.D. the Apostle Paul wrote a letter to his friend Timothy, a young man who was struggling to faithfully lead a church in the coastal city of Ephesus. At the end of his letter, Paul reminded Timothy that his love for Jesus and the gospel would require him to stand up and fight against Satan, sin, and death. Today, this fight continues.
In an effort to fight, and not lie down, our men will be reading, praying, studying, and discussing with the following goals:
- To live a gospel-centered life.
- To develop or refine a strong theological foundation.
- To engage in personal accountability toward biblical, God-honoring masculinity.
When?
The VFC meets twice per month (1st and 3rd Sundays) at 6:30am to discuss gospel, theology, and manhood.

Fight Club meets at a Smog Shop in Old Town Roseville – 625 Vernon St. Enter the building from the back alley (seriously).
